Everything you Need

In the midst of the London riots, Sally says goodbye to the home she made with her late husband. Made for the London Screenwriters' Festival 2011 'Four Nights in August' challenge.

Directors entering the contest were offered two screenplays which had both won the London Screenwriters' Festival One Page Script competition. We were given fourteen days to shoot, edit and complete our film, before being judged by a panel of industry figures.

I chose to direct Dave Turner's 'Everything you Need', a poignant story in which Sally, an elderly woman, abandons her home during the 2011 London riots. You can download a pdf document of Dave's original screenplay here:
